Database Searching is an integral part of the candidate generation process. AspectRPO will search job boards, as well as client’s internal databases.
Upon the recruiter providing AspectRPO with the job specifications, we will begin searching databases that are both paid and free and matching up the profile to the various candidates. Utilizing various methods of online searching, AspectRPO will generate a broad list of candidates and subsequently provide the recruiter with a short list of those people who have the qualifications necessary for the job.
Important Note: With the client’s permission, AspectRPO will use the client’s subscription to paid job posting boards.
